MYO is a unique fitness concept to the Wexford area. MYO methodology is rooted in low impact, total body, spring resistance training achieved through two forms of movement: MYOFORMERs and Re-bounding.
Our MYOFORM classes use a type of reformer Pilates piece of equipment that harvests a high-intensity low-impact workout by effectively combining resistance, endurance, core, and cardio training to safely stimulate strength, flexibility, and balance.
Our rebounding classes offer a fun low-impact cardiovascular workout on personal trampolines that energizes the lymphatic system, and in turn, detoxes the body, revs up your metabolism, reduces cellulite, promotes weight loss, and encourages huge smiles!
