Arrive on time
Please arrive to the studio at least 10 minutes before class. Please note that the door will be locked 5 minutes after class begins. If you are a regular client who is late, we ask that you call to let us know you are running late. Thank you for your help and understanding, for this is for the safety of you and your fellow classmates.
Stay to stretch
Stretching at the end of class is just as important as all of the work leading up to it! We do ask that you stay for the full duration of each class. If there is a rare occasion where you should need to leave early, please let the instructor know before class, choose a spot that is closest to the exit, and unload your springs before you go. The instructor will clean off the equipment for you.
Grip socks are mandatory
We want to keep our equipment bright, sparkling and fresh for years to come, so please wear your grip socks! Socks are available for purchase in studio.
Please turn all cell phones, watches or any other electronic devices on silent and store them away in the cubbies during class. We want our clients to have the best experience possible and to be able to keep their focus inward during the 50 minutes, with minimal distractions! Please do not keep your phone by your machine. We're all human, and we know emergencies happen! Please just be mindful of your instructor and fellow classmates.
Due to high demand and waitlists, we have a strict 3 hour cancellation policy in place and will charge no-show fees for missed classes. This applies to all package options. Monthly unlimited clients will be charged half the cost of a single class for a late cancel or no-show. Clients using packages will have the class deducted from their package. All packages are non-transferable, non-refundable and must be used by the specified expiration date.
Tell your instructor about any injuries or special requests
We want you to have the best class possible, so informing us ahead of time of any injuries will help our teachers tailor the workout to your needs, like offering modifications to make an exercise more accessible or alternative moves to help you avoid exacerbating any pre-existing conditions.
